These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and ImogenFayeandCo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you engage in coaching services, programs, or sessions offered through this business.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We offer coaching and wellness-based services, which may include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Longer-term coaching containers (e.g. Rooted, Bloom, The Nest)

  • Energy-based sessions (e.g. Reiki, sound healing, Alchemy sessions)

  • Virtual sessions conducted via Zoom or similar platforms

These services are designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, and overall wellbeing.

Important: Coaching is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or financial advice. While elements of emotional and energetic support may be included, services are not a substitute for licensed professional care.

2. Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

  • You are an active participant in your own growth and results

  • You will provide accurate and honest information to the best of your ability

  • You will communicate respectfully and appropriately at all times

Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes are influenced by your engagement and commitment.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is required in full or via agreed payment plan prior to receiving services

  • Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation level or early withdrawal

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated access to services

We reserve the right to use third-party payment processors to securely handle transactions.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Coaching Programs (Rooted, Bloom, The Nest)

  • Due to the nature of coaching work, all program purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Payment plans remain due in full once the program has begun

1:1 Sessions & Alchemy (Energy Healing)

  • A minimum of [24–48 hours] notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

We understand that life happens and will approach this with reasonable flexibility where possible.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important.

  • All personal information shared in sessions will be kept confidential

  • Information will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or in cases of risk of harm to yourself or others

Please note that coaching is not a legally confidential relationship in the same way as therapy or medical care.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Workbooks

  • Session content

  • Recorded materials

are the intellectual property of ImogenFayeandCo.

These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Each client’s experience is unique, and results depend on many factors including personal effort, life circumstances, and level of engagement.

8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

By participating in services, you acknowledge: - You are in suitable physical and mental condition to engage in coaching - You will seek advice from a licensed professional (doctor, therapist, etc.) where needed

Energy healing modalities (such as Reiki or sound healing) are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Imogen Faye and Co is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in services

  • You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results

10. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment.

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully in all interactions

  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if these expectations are not met.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

  • Outstanding payments under payment plans remain due

12. Privacy

Your data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include:

  • Contact information

  • Session notes

  • Payment details (processed securely via third parties)

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

16. Energy Healing Acknowledgment 

By booking an energy healing or Alchemy session, you acknowledge that: - These sessions work with subtle energy and are holistic in nature - Experiences may vary from person to person - No medical or psychological outcomes are promised

You consent to receiving this type of service with full personal responsibility.

 Final Note

This work is collaborative, intuitive, and deeply personal. These Terms are here to create clarity, safety, and mutual respect as we work together.
