About
Ostara
Ostara marks the Spring Equinox, a moment on the Wheel of the Year where day and night are equal. It’s a threshold — the shift from winter’s inward reflection to spring’s outward growth.
This is the season of:
Balance and realignment
New beginnings and gentle momentum
Planting intentions with care
Choosing what (and where) to give your energy
Ostara reminds us that growth doesn’t happen all at once — it happens through attention, nourishment, and consistency.
Helpful Notes
No prior experience with women’s circles, meditation, or Celtic traditions is needed
Come as you are — comfortable clothing encouraged
Bring a yoga mat, or something comfortable to relax on during the sound bath
A journal & pen are recommended for writing during the journaling session
Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate
This is the Second gathering in an ongoing seasonal series, though each circle stands completely on its own
Price: $55
